Sun Moon Yoga opens door to deeper dimensions of training for athletes and dancers.

Yoga is non-competitive and non-appearance-based. This makes yoga an excellent refuge frommona psychological demands of intensely competitive performance, wstrengthhether sport or dance. Sun Moon Yoga teachers have been fortunate to train with: Minnesota State University Men’s and Women’s Swim teams; MSU Women’s Hockey and Volleyball teams. Also, presenting to Theatre & Dance majors at MSU, Gustavus Adolphus College, Dance Conservatory of Southern Minnesota and West High School girls physical education.

While it is the goal of improved performance that brings athletes and dancers to the mat, it is the benefits of yoga for recuperation, to prevent and heal injuries that makes it invaluable.
