Power Yoga is a popular contemporary yoga style in demand in studios, fitness clubs, etc. This training is for teachers (beginning, or new to Power Yoga). Pursue excellence in teaching as you plan dynamic sequences, use inspired cueing, learn to create a powerful yoga workout experience. Come and experience why Power Yoga has so many fans in today’s yoga scene.

Saturday: 8:30am to 5:00pm (7.5 hours, 1 hour lunch)

This training is for teachers (beginning and experienced) who want to learn how to offer excellent Hot Yoga classes from an expert instructor. Mary’s Hot Yoga Game Plan is simple postures, clear instruction, challenge created by the heat, postures held 20-60 seconds, accessible, no sun salutations or chatarangas. Come learn and practice with one of the most experienced teachers in this style in the region.

Presenter: We are EXCITED to welcome back this heart-centered dynamic teacher! Mary opened the first Hot Yoga studio in Minneapolis. Her path led her to explore Bikram’s Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Booty Ballet and Laughter Yoga. Currently she owns Yoga Studio in Plymouth and teaches a variety of yoga styles.
