Description: Molly Mayer was introduced to Thai bodywork through both Sun Moon Yoga teacher training and her academic dance background. She traveled to study in Thailand in 2003. She is an occupational therapist, who has taught yoga for more than a decade, beginning at Sun Moon! Thai bodywork is relaxing, meditative, vigorous and fun. This Thai bodywork experience is offered once a year only; training is for all levels. Included in both the Sun Moon Yoga Study (200hour Yoga Alliance teacher training), and the Yoga & Healing Arts Specialty Development Course, it also benefits: massage therapists, personal trainers, yoga teachers who do privates, Meets Continuing education requirements.
