Bodyweight Bliss for Women

Yoga bodyweight strength-training for the female body with deep relaxation, in one hour. Appropriate for all ages. Twice is recommended for best results.

TUESDAY OR THURSDAY: 5:30–6:30PM

  • Once weekly – $100
  • Twice weekly – $160
  • Join late – We prorate
  • Drop-in for $15 – Punchcards welcome
  • Last class is Nov. 17th; Makeups until session end.

This ten-week training is specific to women increasing muscular strength and bone density, and experiencing stress reduction and relaxation. This class ends with a spa-moment and is not recommended for students who prefer to leave during final relaxation.

Why female-specific bodyweight strength training?

  1. Women’s bodyweight is distributed differently.
  2. Strength training appropriate to female pelvic floor issues (post-partum, exercise incontinence)
  3. Loss of bone density is a preventable women’s health issue.
